Returns & Exchanges

At cabi, we want you to love your new wardrobe; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned garments must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your cabi account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Generate and print your prepaid return shipping label provided through our online portal to ensure tracked delivery back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, including the packing slip, and affix the return shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated shipping carrier and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
